Just saw this band play at The Cabin on campus. Usually they are a duo, but the drummer wasn't there for some reason. Didn't cut back on the quality, though. The lead singer seemed like a really talented guy. Musically, it's closer to Animal Collective jams minus the folk. In other words, newer AnCo. But this is definitely not a bad thing. I really enjoyed the stuff he was playing. Had a really good voice. Check out their new EP, Rain War, on their website

I have been playing a lot. Actually gonna start playing with some different people too. I'm really looking forward to it.
